Book a Private Villa Near Ronda, Spain

For your next holiday in Spain give a moments thought to staying near Ronda which is very central major tourist attractions, as well as being one of the most visited cities in Andalusia in its own right.
Ronda is located in the mountains inland from the Costa del Sol, and is about an hour from Malaga airport, yet doesn't get the crowds of package tour holiday makers like the coast does, and this means you can enjoy your stay without rowdy people upsetting you.

As a city, Ronda is fully catered with hotels of every class, but to be honest, staying in your own private rental villa is in many cases the same price per week, or if a small group of you travel, even more affordable.

Private villas give you the freedom to come and go as you please, many have a private pool for your use only, as well as cooking facilities which means you can enjoy eating in the comfort of your villa with no need to worry about ingredients you might not like or dressing up to go out.

Most of the private villas around Ronda are situated in the valleys surrounding the city, no more than 15 minutes from the city, and all roads are reasonable so getting around is easy.
In Ronda enjoy seeing the Plaza de Toros (bullring), considered the home of Spanish bullfighting, and the Puente Nuevo bridge, one of Spain's most photographed icons.

The old town of Ronda is a must see destination having been inhabited for over 8,000 years and controlled by Iberians, Celts, Romans, Greeks, Visigoths, Moors, and Christians. Within the old town don't miss the Arab Baths considered the most complete in Spain, the Mondragon Palace which was home to Moorish governors and King Ferdinand, or the medieval walls of Ronda that made the city impregnable until the invention of cannon.

Nature lovers and walkers will love staying near Ronda for the endemic flowers, insects, birds, and other fauna that can be found within the three natural parks of the Serrania, Grazalema, Sierra de las Nieves, and Alcornacales.
You could stay in a hotel and pay 80€ per night for a room only, or you could rent a private villa with living room, kitchen, private garden and pool, and have the freedom to come and go for about the same amount; we're sure you'll agree though, the Serranía de Ronda is most definitely worth the time and money to visit.
